Terms of Service
1. Who we are

2. The Service
Luma creates presentations from your topic, answers and files with the help of AI models and lets you download them as PPTX. The free plan includes one presentation of up to 8 slides. Paid plans are not available yet; you can join the Pro waitlist.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to the presentations you create. You give us a limited license to process your content only to provide the Service. You must have the right to use what you upload and must not upload other people's personal data without a legal basis.
5. AI output
AI can make mistakes. Luma flags numbers on slides that are not in your file, but you are responsible for checking a presentation before you use it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for illegal content, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, or to overload or attack the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and changes
During the free period the Service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features and will tell you about material changes to these Terms by email or on the site.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. [Have a lawyer adapt this section for US and German law.]
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Profile settings. We may end the Service for you with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these Terms.
